The Lesser known Byrdaw Falls of Pomshutia Village Byrdaw waterfall The Byrdaw falls is one of a very little known place of attraction situated around the corner of Meghalaya. The falls is beautifully unique in nature among the rest of the falls in Khasi Jaintia Hills. It is located at Pomshutia Village about 5 KM from the Dawki village which is about 73 KM away from the Shillong city. Regardless of little fact on it, few tourists were notice this place as a place of tourist attraction because of its beautiful look, good social behaviour and most importantly is of the uniqueness of this falls called Byrdaw Falls. Interestingly, the falls acts as a source of income to some people of this village where the falls is located. But infact the flow of tourists to this area is minimal due to lesser known, poor connectivity in term of advertisement, lack of encouragement or steps taken...
